Columbus RetroMetro: “The CUBE is coming to Downtown Gay and High” the Columbus Underground:
A very exciting new urban infill project is coming to a very deserving corner of downtown Columbus. The very under utilized Modern Finance Building, located at the southeast corner of Gay and High, was recently auctioned off back in September of this year, for a whooping 80 dollars per square foot.
I’m sure I will not be the only person checking on the future progress of this development. I wonder where the name “The Cube” originated from.
